Enter New Cycle Information Fields

This section details each of the fields that are available when Creating a Distribution Cycle in the Create new cycle and Edit Cycle pages. It details what you can enter for each field, and provides examples of the data you should enter when creating a distribution cycle.

In the Create new cycle page:

1. Description (Optional): Enter a description of the cycle to help identify it.
2. Start Date (Mandatory): Enter the date when you want the cycle to start.
3. End Date (Mandatory): Enter the date when you want the cycle to finish.

In the Edit Cycle page:

1. Description (Optional): Enter a description of the cycle to help identify it.
2. Start Date (Mandatory): Enter the date when you want the cycle to start.
3. End Date (Mandatory): Enter the date when you want the cycle to finish.
4. Base Transfer Value (Optional): Enter the amount you want to transfer to each beneficiary during the cycle.

In this example, we create a distribution cycle.
